zk44 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the zk44 platform. By registering an account you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zk44 ("zk44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zk44 online gaming platform at https://zk44.bet. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by zk44, including live casino, slots, crash games, sports betting and all other gaming categories available on the platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the zk44 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. BDT Only
zk44 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses are denominated in BDT.
Verified Payments
All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
Data Protection

1. Eligibility
Who May Use zk44
Access to and use of the zk44 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — zk44 does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, regardless of local legal drinking or gaming ages in any jurisdiction.
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with zk44 or any other gaming operator, and you have not been excluded from gambling by any court, regulator or other authority.
2. Account Registration
Registration Requirements
To open a zk44 account you must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration. zk44 may require you to provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age or address at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. If zk44 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings or bonuses in the duplicate accounts may be voided.
- You must register using your own legal name, a mobile number or email address that belongs to you, and accurate date of birth information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zk44 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify zk44 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if you become aware of any unauthorised transaction on your account.
Password and Account Security
Your zk44 account password is personal to you and must not be shared with any other person, including family members. zk44 customer support staff will never ask you for your password during any support interaction. Any communication requesting your zk44 password should be treated as fraudulent. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your zk44 account while you are logged in. zk44 recommends using two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of protection to your account.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
All deposits to your zk44 account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. zk44 accepts deposits in BDT via the following methods, subject to availability:
- Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit via mobile wallet is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your zk44 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the wallet provider.
- Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Bank transfer deposits are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) banking hours, Sunday to Thursday.
- Card payments: Visa and Mastercard where available. Processing times may vary. zk44 does not store card details on its servers; all card transactions are handled by certified payment processors.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. zk44 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated below, though processing times may be affected by KYC verification requirements, bank processing schedules, or periods of high platform activity:
- You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that matches the name on your zk44 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Before your first withdrawal is processed, zk44 will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. zk44 may request updated verification documents at any time.
- zk44 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request if the account shows unusual activity, if the KYC process is incomplete, or if further verification is required for security or compliance reasons. In such cases, zk44 will contact the player via their registered email or mobile number.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
zk44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
- zk44 reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if zk44 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.
- Free spins bonuses are valid only on the specific slot game(s) stated in the offer. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the individual offer terms.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play
Game Integrity
zk44 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games on the platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The following standards apply to all gameplay at zk44:
- All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and cannot be influenced by zk44, its staff or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by game providers and cannot be altered by zk44.
- Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by certified live dealer providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live game are governed by the studio's own game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game or slot session, zk44 will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy. Any bets placed in a round that cannot be completed due to a technical failure on zk44's part will be refunded to the player's account balance.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk44 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanism to interact with the zk44 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping, card sharing in live poker, or coordinated betting in live casino games.
- Money laundering or using the zk44 platform for any financial transaction that is in violation of applicable law. zk44 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.
- Providing false information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or bonus claiming. This includes using another person's identity, payment method or contact details.
6. Responsible Gaming
Player Protection Tools
zk44 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Players may access these tools at any time through their account settings or by contacting zk44 support:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours following the request.
- Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a time-out period, access to the account and all gaming features is suspended. Time-out periods cannot be reduced once activated.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion through zk44 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded player may not open a new account during the exclusion period.
7. Account Termination and Suspension
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
zk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, if zk44 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the prohibited conduct provisions, or the bonus terms.
- The player has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration, KYC verification or in any communication with zk44 support.
- zk44 is required to close the account for legal, regulatory or compliance reasons, including as a result of a request from a competent authority or as part of zk44's AML obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scope of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk44 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the zk44 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions. zk44's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their zk44 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits zk44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. zk44 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
9. Changes to These Terms
zk44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, zk44 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the zk44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the zk44 platform and, if you wish to withdraw your remaining balance prior to closure, contact zk44 support via the email address on the Contact section of this site. zk44 will process any such withdrawal request in accordance with the Terms that were in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested, provided the account is in good standing.
